Movara Home models the same principles of Structure and Accountability as our Fitness Resort of the same name. Movara Home takes place across the same weekly time frame as a minimum stay at the Resort, but unlike the ‘The Program’ at the Resort, Movara Home’s daily action checklist is simple enough to fit into your busy home-life. This program is a simple framework, that if followed with consistency will help you to reach your health, fitness and weight-loss goals over time.

Accountability to your nutrition goals. 
Weight loss depends on consuming less calories than you burn. Movara's goal is to bring awareness to your nutrition habits by setting specific goals and measuring progress. 
30 Minutes of Physical Activity. This can be walking, running, biking, swimming or literally any way you enjoy moving your body. The keyword here is ENJOY! If you need some movement inspiration we provide a Fitness Challenge video each day that you can follow along with.
15 Minutes of Stretch. A daily strech habit helps you regain your mobillity or improve on what you already have and can keep you moving well into your golden years, plus it feels amazing! If you’ve never stretched before we’ve got you covered with a daily Stretch video option lead by one of our instructors.
10 Minutes of Personal Development. This can be reading, journaling, practicing mindfullness, or anything that helps bring awareness and intentionallity to your health and your life. If you’re in need of some personal development, check out the daily video option we provide for Personal Development.

Before the call you’ll submit a Weekly Assessment. This is an opportunity to check in with yourself and your coach, look your current progress in the eyes and remember to yourself why you’re taking the actions you’re taking to reach your goals. 
Orientation Zoom Call
